Yeah Mrs j made homemade parmies for dinner which I didn’t really feel like eating which is odd for me I ate a little bit anyway but yeah just not hungry and I have barely eaten all day

That is making me hungry @ArraDreaming I haven't eaten all day to let my stomach settle. I did try a couple of dry biscuits this morning but didn't go down too well. I splurged and bought some Atlantic Salmon yesterday but have it in the freezer now for another time.
Already taken night meds so as soon as I give the fur babies their night biscuits, I will be in bed.

Yeah I’m going to drag the spare mattress out into the lounge tonight and hope it helps to sleep under the aircon well at least for part of the night because it cost a bit to run

And I am very happy in it @Zoe7 when I get home from work in the afternoon I feel like I have the mental energy to show up for my family way more than I did before exhausted yes but I was also overstimulated and overwhelmed in my previous job but tried to hold it together all day that when I got home to my family I found it really stresssful

Hey @Zoe7 I’m ok… been a very long day and night last night so I stayed home
absolutely exhausting
we were up all night with 2 of our kids
they aren’t sick just being babies I guess 🤷🏾
we are just so tired
it felt like having a newborn all over again
Felt like tapping out of parenting at one stage today but can’t really just do that aye
