Need some support
Hi I need some support, white some time I had a head annulus to c4 complete snap since then my life has been completely non exist ent I'm really struggling

I'm empathisize with your struggle even though my injury is not a serious as yours. I can only imagine the struggles that you have had in your life. It's good that you have found the forum, everyone is really supportive.
When I was in a motor vechicle accident I injured my shoulder and went through a lot of rehabilitation. I still have problems at times. I can't lift heavy objects. Apparently I can't have my neck snapped by an osteopath because my discs are slightly misaligned.
It really impacts on your daily life. Just doing the simple things becomes a challenge. Try and hang in there and take one day at a time. Perhaps you might like to try some mindfulness with the smiling mind app. You can adjust the exercise given to you to suit your needs. Just listen and do your best.

There is is no listing in apple App Store for a sane forums app that I could find.
