Well, for myself, I'm on here most days unless I have something on at night. I'm pretty lonely at the moment, so it's my only place for connection. If I'm struggling on a particular day or night, I might be here more often, or sometimes I might go a few days without being on here. It's like one big forum family.
There are no set nights. You can come as often or as little as you would like @bartart23
