Now i prefer 'Television' compared to 'Computers and Internet'

It seems less traumatizing and more sane like as in better sanity and normal

But lifes still pretty tough

And my comment is not for show

I break it down into small segments of achievable exposure

And its not a joke

But its working for me

I tried breaking down an activity into a smaller achievable segment of exposure

I tried reading 'Lived Experience/Something's Not Right' posts just for half-an-hour

And it was hard

But i should give myself the credit

Because even though it was just half-an-hour

It was a success
