I havent seen you around for a while, but thats probably just that the forums are so busy these days and i can't keep up with anything! I'm not sure i understand what you meant, are you afraid of other people being violent towards you? A friend?

it is so hard when we feel that the people around us are not being honest..
so important for us to feel safe..
if these are people with whom you do not have to rely on..you can choose to let them go...
or you can ask them if they are important in your life...the question.."are you being honest with me...

I try to set boundaries...
I also work very hard at not allowing myself to become upset by some other fool who happens to be in my company at the time....
I hope that you are sharing some of the time with family and friends...

no drugs or illicit drugs
no touching or sex
like i said on facebook
thats the ground rules for my house
and i'm staying home this festive season
hopefully i'll have more sanity this time round
