Hello to 'Saneforums'
I have literacy, reading and comprehension skills problems
but just because i don't say much doesn't mean i'm alright
I was in a distressing state an hour or two ago
and am still in a recovery stage
It was quite frightening
mental, emotional, physical
But i hope all is well for you

FACING THE DARKNESS
well every day i face the darkness and i hate it. i never know what is going to happen.
im in this big black hole and i cant find my way out.
i try to get out but i can never find it.
maybe im meant to stay here for the rest of my life. no one know im in here so no one can help me
i can see the light but it is so small and its no bigger than my small finger nail.
the dead end
and no return

Its hard for me to accept that some of the people close to me are literally total strangers and may really mean me harm
maybe you could contemplate that in the end
your best friend is yourself
how about being more self reliant and being a friend to yourself since your best friend is you
its a dangerous world out there
