Helplines can be tricky and leave you feeling more isolated sometimes. Sometimes they can be lifesaving too in my experience.

I think we are pretty honest on the forums @Happyness. Sometimes it's hard to be truly honest because the truth hurts lots too but I think we do a pretty good job generally.

My 'Mental Health Case Worker' is a pretty bad character
And to me its no where near a joke
Hopefully i'll feel better about it in the morning
But for the moment its better not to see him
And
I'm worried about his work colleagues around him
But i suppose its not my problem
