12 procedures in 12 months

12 procedures in 12 months

I have another procedure tomorrow. I got my MRI results yesterday and confirmed Calcific Tendonitis, its where calcium grows instead of tendon, its like growing bone. Then my body attacks it because its not meant to be there which hurts like shit and pain killers dont really help. It will come and go for the rest of my life.

TW: description of medical procedure

Content/trigger warning
Tomorrow the will inject into a boil type thing full of liquid calcium and hopefully its runny enough to come out and I might get some relief.

But 12 procedures in 12 months in intense, Im over it. Ive lost count over the course of my life.

That sure sounds very painful @ClockFace . I'm glad they sort of have an answer about what it is. So now it's about reducing the pain.

Sorry to hear it's been such a long process for you.
