@TAB Hahaha! I use my home delivery grocery service for that too. That works well Although the communication is limited to 'Where would you like your groceries?' 'Over there please' 'sign here' 'Thank you have a good weekend' 'Thank you and have a good weekend too'.

@TAB I am fine. I was really tired this morning and found it hard to get up and start moving but once I did I did heaps of Qigong (which I am loving) and can feel the difference already in my pea shaped body!!!I am going to go to bed early with a hot water bottle and enjoy the 'pea'ce and quiet. ooo we had an early Father's day celebration for my ex which he really enjoyed and so did the kids so all is good here. I really cannot complain about a thing 😮
