having yuk coffee here @Meowmy also at home its bottom of jar etc lol um yeah thanks, upper body not good all around right shoulder landed with weight on right hand big bruise, anyway cannot get into drs til monday re pain relief so wont bother. Might go to supermarket for food soon

@TAB hey tabby, no good re your pains. Hope they get better as the day goes on. Been to a short walk. Now having official first coffee. Electrician male friend having some issues with our relationship. Try not to be down by it. Hope the day turns out well for us all.
