yeah well I can do roast and steaks etc gets boring though @Appleblossom do a very good lamb and veg soup just realised didnt do one this year

@Bill16 Hook Line and Sinker was just on, they go their project boats into the water, they put a 200 yamaha in old haines hunter v19 got 45knots they couldnt believe it lol

Yeah variety is important, and things change ... I had to develop a style that balanced out the yum, nutrition and work and cost factors ... Its good to go with ease too .... I made big salads heavy with protein add ons to satisfy my son ...
