yeah that steak sanger was close to perfect, was medium well, if had left out of fridge and not turned off earlier cos was going to reheat to have with veg would have been perfect. And still have half left of $10 steak paid $5 for cos had bit of colour , makes it better lol @Bill16

Hi @Appleblossom , work and I have been up and down, had 30 ish hours last week, bit stressy as different work situation, have 14hrs at site tomorrow i swore would never go to again, but think that i somehow owe these people cos flaked out on a job couple weeks ago, wont be doing it again in a hurry though

Family has been difficult which impacts me of course, but steady on with plans and fairly busy.
