@TAB Hey tabby, my cooking was just okay to eat, but lack much flavors lol. May need to look up recipe lol. To make better taste. I think may me you cam take time to work out how to get and do work not as stressful.Guess if it is physically too demanding, it’s hard. Although I know quite a few guys still work in construction in their sixties lol . May be discuss with management, to allow better work by your skills with breaks and catch up breaths times. I am taking a little pay cut in my current job which is pretty much stress free.lol
