Sorry to hear you had such a hard time sleeping @Former-Member - hope the day goes okay for you. I know you are aware but just wanted to pop in and make sure that you do always consult with your doctor on dosages around sleeping medications. I am sure you have done this but for your safety, wanted to pop in

Its so quiet here IRL .. just sound of birds.. ok a plane.. smell of liniment on achey bod. No one talking. And I dont have the motivation/justification to make contact. Ie I know it wont be returned. Ho. Hum.

Can’t say .. ok yes. Sort of achievement thing no sickies etc 163 hrs in 2 weeks I’m sore and have been most of time away. Going again Wednesday so lots sleep food gentle exercise stretches etc @MDT
