inductions still today after my epic 5hrs yest in2 different places plus 3 hr drive hahhaha
will have to start work tomorrow, but will be delayed by .. more inductions .. lol

yeah carbs bad @Meowmy and every tim put on weight then lose makes you want yet more food after, so yeah way harder. been proven. was on medical show on tv other day
