@TAB @Bill16 Hey cold fish, tin beans warmed up, plus pizza, a lot of proteins, Hope can help to sleep. Just watching news on tv, don’t think I will do anything tonight. Mum is grumpy tonight. A little annoying. Most of the time she is okay though. Have a good evening.

@TAB Hey tabby cat, I made beef mince whole meal flour pancakes, reasonably healthy.lol. A few weeks ago. Was nice to eat.lol. Scone may b modified, not put too much butter in.lol.
