@TAB Hey tabby cat, I went away with long drive when I left a ten year long job. What I find most helpful was that when I moved back with mum, I faced a few internal painful things head on. I was staying with mum, I let those painful emotions go through me. I didn’t escape or find excuses for them. With help of the forum now nearly four months, I got a lot better mentally and physically. Just my experiences. Hope you will feel good about your life path soon. It is not easy. But tabby cat is smart cat.lol.
