Hey 👋 @Bunniekins just posted somewhere else up slept in, well cos could. Paid bills which eating at me. Doing washing. Might check teev out but its in coldest room of house der. Should eat. Am trying to resist it. Not sure what are healthy options anymore.🥩? 🥓? 🥒? 🍨? 🤔 Well milk coffee is yum . Having that with painkillers. Just a bit down/frazzled. 😬

@TAB having a good day is freezing here just the way I like it. 4 layers on plus 2 pairs of fluffy socks!! am playing Barracuda with Gretchen Wilson that you showed me the other night really is a brilliant cover. Dont feel down or frazzled you are a great guy TABs, be calm dont let doubt raise its head and spoil anyting for you 🙂

Naww thx @Bunniekins 😸 think when I said about to watch tv somehow brain read it as carry and chop firewood der .. feeling better for it . Just having a breather lol think that was enough for today. Its called HIT at gym think ie max effort-> chop, then stack for intervals lol
