yeah well then I stopped walking and you keep going home early from work lol @Meowmy if it wernt me it would have been someone else lol yes I do try to empathise, but some things are out of my experience

@TAB I had increased my working hours by ten hours per week. I do need a bit of break from work to clear my mind and get used to longer hours. Hope it will work out. Besides my flu is severe, manager can see that. Clients speak well of me. I had no complaints from anywhere. So just a case of adjusting my own headspace. Hope you start walking again .

take it easy @Meowmy if work is not helping well its not helping. I decided to opt out of type work wasnt okay with, ended up trashing job, stuff happens
