hey @Bill16 yeah not too bad, just not wanting to do stuff again. Not going to make myself do anything more today been to physio and had to go into work

@TAB that is good re physio and exercises. Honey lemon tea sounds good. Just had thirty minutes walk. Now waiting for coffee with imaginary pea @Bunniekins . Work was shorter day and went well. Happy about that. Think will steam some fish for dinner and vegetables. Did you get the bubble wrap for warming house?

.. I go t home-itis after physio @Meowmy just didnt want to go shopping so no bubble wrap well or firewood or new frypan or stockpot for soup or zester for lemons lol
