@TAB Hey tabby cat, hope your evening is peaceful ,warm. Just got home. Didn’t walk very far today. Only thirty minutes. Chest still rattling but think it is okay. Mood a tough dark. Think a bit to do electrician friend try to put pressure on me to see the reality darkness of my household and life. Think he means well. Doesn’t want me to go manic again now I am getting better. May be also to live same household with brother who was abusive with father before can get to me a bit. Anyhow, Dr Tabby Cat, will do some acupressure now. Have a good night.
