@TAB may be do some gentle ball on stock massage to aching foot. I feel well doing that. Now seventeenth day hopefully anxiety free. Hope to get out of work by two pm. Then walk and coffee. Don't forget your tea leaves.

um a few different things going on with foot seems, the one today is on top of foot so ball not much help but thanks Yeah should have gone to coles when in town re tea not much to choose from at super IGA or IGA ok they are a lot closer @Meowmy might see if foot is up to walking then get something to eat hope the rest of your day goes okay

yeah used to have some @Meowmy so must have got it from here have everything, dual action hot cold, dencorub, deepheat, ice gel, used to have ice spray and voltaren lol depending on type of ache lol the hot cold one is good
