been running around sorting bath and trying to get fire going @Bunniekins back in a bit yeah think they sent me inductions even tho think dont need to do them cos was at that site not long ago but ..

yeah I think my quality of life would be a lot better if drs kept giving me pain relief for back, its become vicious circle of not moving to stop pain then get consequences of not movin oh well will have to try and find a way that works like more physiio and exercise or somesuch @Appleblossom

@TAB maybe a nice walk today in the sunshine might help a bit. Does work cover things like physio?

..yeah nice thought but is raining @Bunniekins lol .. um no work does not and if they knew true state of back they would not employ me.

um yeah will have to get off backside and get it back on extras cover, as they keep cutting it back, had to choose 4 services, physio did not fit at time, but makes no sense now, cant change online anymore looks will have to ring them

@TAB I swear by hot water bottles when I have aches and dpains. lay back in bed with them against my sore areas and they really help. cheap and comfy. Maybe you can have a snoozy day today. I hope you aches disappear as the day goes on

well, will have to try one day re hwbs lol @Bunniekins yeah aches dift to yest so thats something will need to stay on top of it this week thanks. fire going a bit better now after poking and prodding, about to try a coffee methunks, I should get firewood out of rain .. but its ..raining //lol well have some thats dry if get coals hap[pening wet stuff will dry out pretty quick lol

havent had a proper look re weather but looks like around for next couple days whats it like where you are? @Bunniekins

@TAB was bleak yesterday cold and grey but today is meant to be sunny :). Will take a walk up the road with daughter this morning and do somemore gardening and clean son2's room today 🙂
