@TAB 😞 you know I worry about you TABs someone has to worry about you .... you know everyone (not) will thank you on Monday when you come in coughing and spluttering .... still it will show that you have not lied and that you have been really sick so I suppose it has its upside .... I wonder how you caught it? Have you just been super run down or was someone else coughing around you?

yeah my life is a mess but dont be worried on my account @Bunniekins um had sore throat for weeks before, think it might be part of lungs trying to fix self after cigarettes? just sensitive to pollutants etc

@TAB s well I can't help it 😞 like I said someone has to worry about you. I suppose it could be your body ridding itself of the reminents of the cigerettes. How many were you smoking a day again? I still think you are fantastic the way you gave them up:). My mental health nurse has given up hers and she is really grumpy lol.She has gone in for gastic band surgery too that will be a shock to the body as well.

40 on average @Bunniekins and layers of industrial pollution sealed between the layers of tar smoking was actually protecting me from all the filth and chemicals at work yeah I am super fat atm too cant make self walk enough and too many reasons for comfort food anyway next visit to drs is getting weight loss pills mentioned before
