@TAB Haha! funnily enough one day years later she was driving me past this imposing building and said 'I was going to send you there'. It looked awful. I don't think it is there anymore probably torn down for unitls lol. Imagine telling your daughter that you were going to put her in a girls home. I am adopted too btw.

I love my mum but I would never have put any of my children into a boys home for christ's sakes regardless of how bad they were.
