yeah well unless , etc not saying I was ever anywhere for the long haul, just what didnt seem to be an issue now is an issue if that makes sense. Was just watching show where they alway say they are hiring chefs, well they must have 50 by now, anyway, final interview, the boss said, ok its 60 hr weeks, cook made a joke of it like so what, but when they said 6 day week he goes hey Im 47 I'll burn out in 6 mths , lol I havent been 47 for a long time lol maybe should just retire @Bill16
