Gotta be a bonus @Bill16 lol good that it went okay. Just a wasted day here. Will get stuff done tomorrow. Stuff bothering me ok not major and prob cos not doing anything ie leaving space for annoying thinking anyway trying to ignore it. Can’t wait for it to cool down a bit and go to bed lol

Ok am 50% more flexible in my back now @Bill16 lol well just fm doing stretches got shown there. Had to do something. Ok thirsty now after longish walk at 5am, hrs on ph, Internet tryin to sort stuff then rushing to have shower and to appt
