@StuF well i am currently eating a mandie :P and have done my exercises! later today i will have Midsomer Murders on 9gem and dustfall on abc tonight :) good viewing. very quiet day ahead of a busy week so am thankful for it. have you got anything on this arvo? or is it a quiet one?

Thats good @Bunniekins Iike I said I've never done Uber but sticking with regular drivers that you know is definitely safer. The world has become a strange place post pandemic and cost of living pressures. Even taxi drivers during the pandemic would not turn their meters on and overcharge passengers without them knowing. So it seems every man for himself these days

@SmilingGecko that's sad i am lucky i have ndis drivers who take me around to appointments and outings. also my eldest would if i needed him too. i do remember one taxi driver i had who was very strange indeed got me quite concerned for my welfare actually.

Good late morning forumites
Went for coffee this morning, saw John, also barristas last day. Told me new place he is going to. Turns out it's where the other guy went 2 weeks ago. And it used to be near my uni. Lol. Will go take a look later in the week.
Might go gym later with Mrs Hams.
Played HEAPS of chess this morning still can't get above rank 250 lol
Will read. Had a very chill morning which I like. New car making odd sounds but it's a car I guess

Yes makes sense @Taali even for a blood draw from a standard pathology test can lower immunity. They used to draw so much blood in years gone by. It used to be a nightmare for cancer patients lowering whatever immunity they had left with chemo then blood draws. These days they only stick to a small amount in the vial as most of it is thrown out anyway in the lab which is what I've been told. Wasted blood! Lowered immune
