i friends i been having very heavy days since Sunday. i took a small amout of sleeping tablet [edited by moderator] and it took of with me fro more than 36 hours and left me for dead mentally afterwards. Today anxiety peaking. Things need doing but i do not dare even if i could keep it together enough to do.

(My wife and me made one of these from rhubarb leaf. Partly hidden by plants now, but still looking great 14 odd years later)
