Good morning friends how is life for you this morning apart of some nausea bouts i have been okay myself. Still low on hours when it comes to sleeping but stopping my sleepers would not have helped i suppose.
Advise is good when it works but can make it worse when it doesn't don't you reckon friends?

But hey I'll give anything a go at this stage.
I've been listening to a self- hypnosis online thingo that's really nice and causing no harm but I don't really know if it's helping.
I'm still only getting around 4 hours a night... but I seem quite settled.

had coffee, some meds, shave, #2, just need shower and get dressed @Taali yeah one day will gt half decent clothes rack dryer thing if rain or cant be effed just throw washing on lounge/all over laundry lol takes a bit longer than line ha ha if wait til later might get some treats in bigtown like oysters ha ha

This might sound harsh but i beat you today i got about 5 1/2 i think and in one sleep. Took an anti histamine to help tho. Good to hear you are feeling stable today that helps a lot i reckon.
Apart of nausea i'm okay today i think.
