Still waiting for my scan results...is playing on my mind. Sent an email to my specialist's secretary earlier tonight.

.. they struggle to get anything right, at least first time it seems @StuF well got some money and hopefully gets fixed soon

They don't seem overly competent @TAB but as long as you'll get by until it is fixed

@StuF thinking of you StuF. good you sent email. hopefully they will get back to you before the weekend. you dont want to have this hanging over you all that time.

Was good went to mum's. her leg is so much better barely a scar now it is just her knee. she amazes me with how sharp she still is. i love my mum.

@StuF you will be so proud of me. i didnt have any of the salami ro camenbert cheese at mums today. my support worker asked and i said no thank you i am trying to get fit :)

i'm so glad for you. That makes a world of difference. Feeling crappy is acceptable compared to loosing it - i choose that a lot too.

Yet on psych meds i hated my life. Losing all interest in living. Longing to die. i was jealous of those who died, at times angry with God they had and not me. That were the last years before i stopped psych meds.

i have good psychs as well tho. i worked out i had about 1/2 dozen i suppose. One of them really good. Very informative. Supportive and compassionate.

Three psychs turned out to be shocking, i do know that. Not only did they not help they hurt me very deeply how they went about it. Basically turned my into a liar their own lies believed. It could easliy be true i was confused or all over the place, but lying is not something that comes easy to me, because of my faith in The Truth, therefore lying is always counter productive and avoided at all cost. i reckon lying is only permitted to safe (innocent) lives.

@DownMoreThanUp Mental health professionals ... can be a bit of a mixed bag. I had higher hopes for them, but nowadays, I just want basic professional due diligence, for the role and rate of pay. Some are shockers, and get away with too much and get paid. SO now I am convinced advocacy is appropriate and necessary than trusting every opinion. Many have less quals than I, and dont seem to be able to integrate material in a therapeutic way. Its not a competition or even only about me, cos it has been people I have loved who died and are suffering. I cannot be callous and turn off. Decent services matter. People should do their jobs that they get money for, and there needs to be better regulation.
