My city council is good for something, just got a rebate. My rates at work! i dont get anything out of my rates except library perhaps

Well, for me @Bunniekins I don't drink a lot of coffee, but I Do need at least one a day to wake me up!
Tea for me....I really only drink it when I'm unwell. Not that I don't like it. I just don't normally get around to drinking it
