yeah just muddling around here @StuF washing new work duds, hope they fit after washing werent real loose lol then try and sort few thing out before i go again thought leave tuesday afternoon,but got dentist appt for filling . waited a month already , does not look good , starting to get referred tingles elsewhere on same side w cold drinks. will try and get in sooner , but might stuff me up from in and getting course material to look at prob could have tried after hours if had key still no idea. ifhad computer access could have looked it up at home think. all units seem to be theory then practical plus short course think finish lunchtime friday @Meowmy

@StuF okay i have been on this health journey now for about a month. and am feeling better in myself and even my super critical mother (lol) when i sent her a photo of me said i looked great and to keep up the good work :) that means alot to me cause she really doesnt give out compliments lol. i havve dropped another size.

@StuF like my mum said to me when i said the shakes that i am on cant be taken if you are over 60 so i have just snuck in and she said that would be if you are not obese .... im thinking mum are you saying that i am obese. ffs!
