Re: Tabaluga's

Well.... @SmilingGecko

The classes are weekly and I'm planning on going to

  • Chair pilates. Monday am
  • Strength and tone Tuesday am
  • Sensitivity yoga. Thur pm
  • Chair yoga. Friday pm
  • Book Club monthly Wednesdays

I'm really happy that!

Basically because if I don't have anything in place I tend to lose a bit of my mental health 🙃 /wellness.

I'm really upset with myself for not taking up swimming again, but I just can't stand the idea of showing my body in public 🙃

I absolutely love the water💧though

I've even bought a 6 month membership to the swimming centre 😳 I just can't go!

Now that I'm physically well I've got to pay attention to my mental health!!

Taali 💜

OMG how I waffle on!

You feeling better? Taali 💜

Re: Tabaluga's

@Taali thats really good. It will give you structure and routine to maintain mental health. Routine is your friend. Mental health is a vata illness in ayurveda and vata just loves routine. I wouldnt worry about the pool. Just go to your groups. I tend to think swimming pools are quite toxic with everyone swimming around in them and who knows where theyve been and what their bodies harbour. I heard a healer a while back mention this very thing. They arent very good for your health at all.

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB I have plenty of friends with ducted evaporated and they work well if they are maintained. The way my house is built, I don't have the space between windows for split systems. All of the external walls have high windows. I could put one in the living room and possibly the formal lounge which never gets used. Ducted is also cheaper to run. I had considered reverse cycle ducted but it's pretty expensive to instal and run/

Re: Tabaluga's

Awww! You're too kind @ENKELI

I really know that I can be difficult....

But I appreciate your kind words.

How are you feeling today?

I've got a split system in my lounge room and my bedroom and I used them both excessively during winter 🙃

Resulting in a humongous electricity bill $$$.

In fact, I even left it on o'nite accidentally a couple of times

Ohoh!!

Re: Tabaluga's

you will regret getting evap after first few hot humid days. had it 6 years in /bouylder, was brand new, had to keep getting fine tuned, most people who service them dont understand how they work.

had to be on near flat out most of time

mate said to me to get evap here. already had 1 good split in 1 room. got another one. only regret is not getting 3 lol plus got really good ceiling fans, worth their weight in gold.

new climate too humid. evap is borderline in kal, perth is way more humid. can always rip it out when no good guess @ENKELI

im going to get a carport and pergola, big part of the reasoning for that is to get sun off house infirst place. but getting a/c in kitchen. if ever have visitors again can sleep on lounge floor. spare room is coolest in house ok along w bathroom
