Looks like its going to rain tonight after 11pm. So glad I got tiles fixed on the roof. May go outside and bring in bins then think about having a cauliflower caviche. Loving my detox routine have been researching more about what it does specifically. Should be interesting to see my bloodwork once I go into pathology again. May be in a much better position.

BTW I follow this 70 year old on you tube. Her you tube channel is called Michelle Unfiltered and she talks in a very considered way about retirement, flying solo and issues to do with all kinds of relationships. I'm glad I found her i just love what shes got to say. She offers plenty of truth telling and balanced perspectives on all kinds of things. The voice of reason
