Thanks @Taali it comes as a great relief to me to be able to experience a normal sleep cycle. I've just been in the sun. I normally do a sun meditation I learned from a healer to absorb the maximum healing benefits of the sun. I recorded it on my phone a while back but it needs modification. Might re-do the recording today to do in the sun tomorrow. Just making a mug of jiaogulan tea. Having a quiet day
