Sunny morning. Had a good nights sleep. The acupuncture must have worked for you @Taali! Good to hear you got in 4 hours. Outside of acupuncture visits I do acupressure. This specific acupressure sequence is the only thing that gets me off to sleep. Have tried other acupressure sequences in the past but it doesnt seem to work. Thought I'd share

Thats really cool @Taali so pleased to hear you are feeling more chipper today. I dont mean to push my suggestions onto you as I know people like to heal in their own way but its there if you feel you need something. My GP acupuncturist said it was a good idea outside of appointments ♥️ I got up and greeted the morning sun. Did celery juice and heavy metal detox smoothie plus quinoa and poached apple for breakfast. Just waiting for Woolies to arrive then with do my Kaizen five minute kitchen cleaning fix lol. Kitchen is looking heaps better I think I may keep this Kaizen method working for me

You didn't push at all. It's my decision whether to take advice or not.
