@Bunniekins I could not really justify the expense, but I loved essential oils for a while. Can be grounding. Now I make do with the jasmine growing on the fence, and I sneeze a bit...lol

@Taali @DownMoreThanUp the settling into a deep sleep is healing and imoprtant. I have had "help" for the last 10 years, but not sure if it also then has its own side effects, been titrating down a long time, but not totally free of "the help?" I need to be able to function ... a bit.

Re sport: The talk at church has been the marathon. We got one in the foot race, and one on a wheelchair....Go Boyz!

Same here, grew up poor, also a source of shame because my parents were divorced so some of my friends weren't allowed to play with me after school because their parents didn't approve.

Now I've been handed a large sum of money I am anxious that I don't spend it needlessly, thinking of what I might need it for later. Then the bipolar kicks in and I find myself buying things that would normally be out of my price range.

I think my favourite phrase is "live simply, so others can simply live."
