Had a full 8 hours sleep last night. Was wearing an eye mask and everything was totally blacked out. Got the deepest and the most uninterrupted sleep in years. The neighbours are back from their holiday. They brought a loud tow truck with flashing lights at night with them. This is the second time this as happened. Looks like their Range Rover is on its last legs

That's a good sleep @SmilingGecko Im going to get sleep mask , cos there is dark and dark, ie what I think is dark isnt completely dark

Yes, it's a really good outcome, following a very long and difficult time.

He'll have to have some rehabilitation but that's okay 👍

My sister was experiencing some much anxiety.

I think retrospectively we can address the issues and problems that we were unable to face during the event. And move forward from here.

Hey it may be coincidental, but I received my pendant yesterday and actually slept for nearly 5 hours last night.

Regardless I'm happy with it, and I will apply to my post surgery foot too!

See how you go with it @Taali @TAB I found my old eyemask the house gobbled up and having complete blackout really helped settle me so I got a deeper nights rest. That is promising news about your brother-in-law. I'm so happy for you guys that it didnt turn out more serious. I can understand how your sister must have been feeling though

Sorry I haven't be on. I have a special friend who has come up to spend some time with me which has kept me busy. I'm going back with him to Sydney to catch up with my sister and brother for a few weeks so I mightn't be on much. Know I'm still around and will come back! Sending many hippy hugs and much love.
