He tripped and stubbed his toe!
@TAB to be clear he has COPD , heart issues exacerbated by serious alcoholism.
Due to complications associated with that he feels no pain so we didn't realise how serious it was , treated it with cleaning, bandaging until checking and realising that it had become very much worse. The doctors suspect that the bones are infected.
Oh I should add that he's also diabetic.

Yeah it is serious. To be honest I sometimes struggle to hope that he lives longer.
But then I feel ever soooo guilty 😔
Im really hoping that I can be strong enough for my sister!!!!
She's really gone through the wringer.

well I guess I'm not diabetic at least @Taali I did get really bad cellulitis last year tho. luckily was only in the skin not deeper.
i would get splinters from handling wood and not feel it . then see blood.
am bit more careful now, wear boots splitting wood and try and keep ontop of cracked heels which is what think caused cellulitis.

was just about back to sleep when cat brought another mouse inside ffs cos so much crap around place too easy for mice to get away, so k!illed it then hes not happy cos cant play with it anymore , ha @Taali @ENKELI kitten didnt pinch it this time, it has already disappeared for the day
