@Cuddlebear It is good to see you popping on here a bit. 5 weeks is quite a long time. Do they have any therapy programs like DBT, or Art or Music therapy? DO they have peer workers?
Look after yourself. You do matter.

@Cuddlebear sounds like you have been really unwell, you poor love. Just try and manage your exposure to people and only do that which supports a balanced sense of feeling within yourself. I think at the height of mental distress we tend to be hyper-sensitized to things in our environment and a healthy type of seclusion and measured approach in our dealings with people is what is called for. I hope you find a more solid footing for yourself and your brain begins to heal. You are in the right place getting the treatment you need and a healthy retreat from taxing everyday life. I dont know you that well on SANE and may or may not have responded to your posts in the past but in this instance I am sending you my solidarity in the hope that you recover quickly and find solid ground again.

@TAB @StuF Hey cool friends, got home. Mum locked the doors and my keys won't open the doors. She wouldn't answer the calls. My meds are inside. I had to break glass to get inside and get meds. This is first time i have been away inthree years
