Re: Tabaluga's

@Taali just lounging around and resting today, not doing much. Giving myself some slack today. I think you will enjoy the yoga studio. Those people put on beautiful sessions for us. I used to record the sessions and do yoga for free based on the full moon classes.

Full moon was after midnight last night @TAB so technically today, but put my crystals out yesterday evening to get the late night full moon

Re: Tabaluga's

Thanks for the Violet Flame link. @SmilingGecko I will look deeper into it. I am very open in my spiritual leanings and learnings.

I had a few good grounding discussions with 2 ministers, plus a light hearted one with other people, this morning at church It does not happen all the time, but its important, at least a few times, it really helps me feel accepted and belong. I had had a hard week. Was anxious about playing the organ, but went alright. Maybe I will be stronger for the upcoming week.

This is some low frequency recorder music in the style I play. I did it for calming chronic back pain. It really helped. Now my search engine is bringing me Maitreya fields. I first heard of Reiki in the mid 80s.
