Thats good @TAB I'm happy its being sorted out for you. They needed to get onto it. Enjoy gym today! I have not done my weights today but might hop on rebounder. Havent walked since last week when I had that pluto transit indicating to take precautions in possible dangerous neighborhoods. Am catching the bus to the doctor today for acupuncture. They are building a big data center there the council has approved the permit. There will be all kinds of noise pollution, air pollution and squandering of copious amounts electricity and water. Here is a data center in Michigan and it produces deafening noise 24/7 in a suburban street! The residents can actually feel the vibrations! data centres should be banned @SmilingGecko same with crypto, same thing, buildings fullof computers on24/7 for now good reason, burning dirty power

@Taali Enjoy your dog. Lunch cancellation is what it is. It can be tricky making friends from psych ward. I have watched many experiences of my husband, siblings etc etc ... which have been variable over the years. Lots of troubled people in this world in and out of psych wards. We all have our challenges. I minimise news intake. Just the basics.

@StuF I always think of you hanging out on this thread and am missing dear @Bunniekins and @PeppyPatti as well as @tyme. I guess change is always happening and we have to adapt.
