@ENKELI lol I thought I was the only one doing that, accidentally unsupporting posts then having to resupport. Yes it is a technical flaw, worse than the old system.

Another not so good tek change on the forum that bugs me is the New Posts function ... when the page opens up, it shows and sends us to the first page of the thread instead of taking us directly to the most recent post. Just a lot more mucking around to navigate stuff. AND .... they had it sorted before ... so not an improvement. Der!

Yes I take supplements, but am very frugal with them. Mix it up so I get most of what I need. Hope not too much is excreted.... you know all the bioavailability issues. What actually gets to the right spot in the old bod ... to do the right job. Wow! Apple has better nutrition than ever! Yippee!

@TAB If your mum was a piano teacher ... how come you have such bad taste in music ... joke ... lol ... oooops ...Forgive me ... I know most people love your taste ... but how about a bit of Bach, Schubert, Beethoven and Chopin and Tchaikovsky and .... lol .... I grew up with so many loud opinions both sides of the rock/classical divide ... that I tried to keep on an even keel about all music. lol

no, that was my maternal grandmother @Appleblossom mum played, but not to her standard. she was a better singer. A soprano with decades accompanist and choir experience.only time she wasnt like a monk. had no time for people who couldnt cut it. ie shades of her mother. yes mum was into classical music. but rarely got the chance to listen to it til she went to nursing home. that side of family is painfully musical. a 2nd cousin discovered had a voice like in 40s even , now some regional choir director great grandparents won prizes playing in bands. even her brother sang, found ou few years before he died ffs ........ other side ie German didnt even like music let alone play it

Re: Tabaluga's

Love Roll over Beethoven. Not keen classical music arrogance. It has wrecked a lot of music, Still dealing with that s**t. But I found practical music and choral experience helpful for pain managment with my neck condition. I could be creative and active and make music, rather than sit at home and be sorry for myself. Music which was soothing rather than high voltage.

@TAB Preferred Jimmy's Working Class Man ethos. Music snobs in my family too.
