Yes i cancelled my town trip too, far to unwell to travel physically, but luckily not near as down as before. Sat in the Sun. That was nice. Real Spring here now. But the blow flies! Yesterday they began, after months seeing none, always trying to get in opening the door. Those rotten dark things, full of maggots, buzzing around my head, is true in more than one way of looking at it.

My brother lived in Pirie for a while.
We're originally from Peterborough but I spent most of my life in Adelaide.
Of course, we packed up the car to head off to the bush for every holiday.
Dad was an old bushy from around Maree way.
I like that you cut through the hospital to get to the pub 😆 🤣

@Taali my Vit D levels would be low havent been consistent taking it. Will see how I go. Got a new supp with guaranteed potency that stops trips to the bathroom at night. Saw it today and it was from a vendor I usually buy from. Wish I had of discovered it sooner but the market for supps is a bit of the wild west and its harder to get info online these days.

I got my Vitamin D supplement from my acupuncturist.
It's only $35
Quite good, unlike the ones you can get from the retail outlets.
No problem with bathroom use.
I really don't think that my sleep issues can be managed by what I ingest
Rather, it's what my MH does to me.

Haha my mothers side of family from Peterborough .she was born there. Her brother lived there til less than 20 years ago . Huge family. Bourke St lol
Grandma lived in Moscow St
@Taali she used to teach piano . I was in local hosp last year .turned out locum nurse had her for teacher in 80s

I used to buy Osteolin Vit D but had to ring the manufacturer after I discovered it contained animal products - lanolin from sheep and glycerine from beef I think it was. Really weird but thats whats in them. I dont do animal products anymore
Its good you have no midnight trips to bathroom. I inherited my kidney problem from my Dad! He had the same issues as me.
Just got some meds delivered from the nice lady from the chemist. Its more convenient. Shes a lovely woman, well presented with a vivacious personality. I think recruitment certainly picked the right person for the job with her! She always puts a smile on my face except when I have to tap the eftpos box of doom machine she has. She laughs about it
