well my day just got a lot simpler. Physio still off sick. I cancelled as potential clash ie specialist appt 90 mins before, wait 3 plus hrs at specialist sometimes. if she's not back monday will see someone else there. so , have to find specialist place across rd fm hosp and be there in 3 hrs time ie leave in 2.5 hrs latest, ha. shower time @Meowmy @StuF @Taali @ENKELI

I just phoned and cancelled my psychiatric appointment 🙃

I really don't want to see him.

It just seems that, apart from prescribing medications he really serves no purpose.

That'll, no doubt, come back to bite me.

I'll go to yoga instead 😌

I really should wash my bed linen buuuut I can't be bothered 😕

I could not justify the expense but hes always there in an emergency.

Do you get your Vitamin D levels checked? I'm pretty sure mine are low which is why I'm having sleep problems.

yes, been a while since my bedding seen inside of washing machine. no system when going away every week 5 weeks in row @Taali yes, disappointing when no connnection or worse re med professionals. got 2hours til leave ,maybe coffee and work on stuff for interview

Hello @TAB its days like these that things can be managed with greater ease. The cancellation will give you more breathing space

..pretty much @SmilingGecko even 2 things seemed a lot ok there is a phone appt later in day, but yeah lol
