Had my groceries delivered this morning and you'll never guess what... they didn't have any iced coffee 😕 DISASTER!

Support worker is coming again on Thursday, I think she may be reading me a little closer than I'd like.

I realised how small Adelaide is last week when I inadvertently spoke to someone from my yoga class and she told me that she had been in the same private psychiatric hospital as me.

That's why I don't usually speak to people..

@Taali Yes it is a conundrum this sleep stuff. I have to wake up to go to the bathroom every night

I got out a sacred geometry light/sound device that I had which I had misplaced and am using it again. It seems to be more adaptogenic than the highest adaptogens I've used like jiaogulan tea and wild blueberries. Am feeling a lot calmer and in harmony because of it.

Today I'm hopping on my rebounder again. It used to put strain on my ankles so am doing a lower impact version instead. My lymph is really getting a good old detox. The upward/downward movement stimulates lymph movement. So will do that soon.

Thats no good they failed to deliver your favorite grocery item! What an inconvenience. That happens with me a lot. They usually restock by Wednesday which is when they put out their catalogues. You may be more in luck doing your online grocery shop on a Wednesday?

My brand new with tags bathers from Salvos Stores arrived yesterday. I put them through the wash with Canasten and will wash them a few more times just in case. They are new and are black white and grey. Its so I can sit in the sun and get sunlight.

Venus has been in shadow astrologically and is going retrograde soon. Under venus retrograde you dont get new haircuts/dyes, different styles of clothes, beauty treatments or tattooes because after the retrograde is over you end up regretting it. So I'm trying to be mindful of that.

I hope you enjoy your support worker. I used to have one years ago but now I'm ineligible for NDIS. It doesnt bother me really but could do with a cleaner. I have to do my house in sections.

Just don't really fancy going there 'coz they recognise me and try to engage in chatter. Which is kinda nice for non MI sufferers but not for me.

Yes I checked on Chani and found that now is not the time to do anything rash.

Especially relationship wise, I'll try to take that on board.

My neice is supposed to call today.

I've put the deadline to today as she's been telling me that she is sorry about "ghosting" me and that she loves me and wants to be in my life.

But the call hasn't come!

I'm trying really hard not to be hurt and, I must say, a little angry

But I can't be left like this.
