@TAB felt better getting back into rebounding routine. It was affecting my ankle in the past so wont push up from my toes this time and place feet flat on the trampoline and bear weight evenly across sole of the foot. It boosts my exercise performance significantly

physio still sick so no gym in bigtown.

Supposedly got visitor around lunch so will cancel hip and knee

just cleaning/tidying up absolute worst stuff in house.

Been away a lot so its pretty well looks like I'm depressed ha ha

My house looks like a detonation zone @TAB so dont worry. Just baking a sweet potato pizza - my FAVORITE!!! Had to cancel dentist due to health flareup. Gave them enough notice. They were ok with it.

I misread text ok was ambiguous. They rang me on their journey.
