I've been up since 3:30 so it's almost afternoon to me.

Will give it another try after I've showered and dressed.

I'm going to take furry Taali to the dog park to see how she gets on.

She plays with my neighbour's and my sister's dogs so she should be alright.

..Crows got butchered hey.. be interesting SANFL game today , Sturt and Eagles, wonder if eagles can get up ? was shocked they beat Glenelg last week.

Hello @Taali I was struggling with sleep issues since having thyroid problems but was able to heal thyroid and was left with poor sleep. The morning sunrise seems to work a treat same with wearing blue light blocker glasses when on the computer. I had no idea how much light affected circadian rhythms. Saw a doctor the other day online who does "circadian medicine" and he recommended a book on sunlight and health. It was a fascinating interview and very empowering. I still wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom though.

What is the digital duty of care bill I know they banned social media for U16 @Taali
