Hey, I just got a message from my niece who has been "ghosting " me since her last MH crisis.
She's very apologetic and has told me that she has a lot to say to me
Trouble is she really messed with my mental health.
OMG I really don't know what to do.
She's kind of reaching out here but worrying me at the same time.
I've told her that I can't speak tonight but to call on the morrow..
Any advice would be appreciated..
Am I digging a hole for myself again?
